Diameter increment of trees typical miombo and acacia woodland was studied during a period 20 years in Kondoa district, Tanzania. The study performed permanent plots severely degraded area subjected to considerable restoration efforts. A total 15 species were selected from database collected within project for monitoring the landscape recovery.
